In the IT industry since 2000, my mission has been to put the customer first while building products like Systems, Apps, E-Commerce & Web applications. I am proud of starting a Fintech, pioneering the Mobile Payment Industry, and recently leading e-commerce from scratch into a top position in the retail industry—both successful experiences as a Digital Project Manager & Business Analyst in Brazil.

I aim to generate innovation with a start-up mindset while using proper methodologies to get things done. Communication, collaboration and motivation are principles I hold dear while embracing an agile environment to innovate. Furthermore, data analysis is the backbone of decision-making by identifying trends and sparking insights.

Embracing the latest technologies and ITSM best practices is of the utmost to operate cost-effectively alongside an organisational culture that embraces innovation because it scales businesses’ value to stand out in the competition. 01. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project management is vital to maintaining projects under the scope, time and budget to deliver quality products. However, in the background, some activities such as negotiations, communication and motivation play a significant role in projects’ success because, in parallel to technical knowledge, the PM deals with people. Then, leadership is about inspiring people to perform at their best and, at this point, the PM ignites innovation by fostering transparent processes, and facilitating communication and collaboration, among other key elements.

02. BUSINESS ANALYSIS

Understanding how technology can benefit the business and which would be the best fit is vital to supporting businesses performing at their best while creating a competitive edge in the industry. Nowadays, data analytics, cloud computing and AI are optimising processes and enhancing customer satisfaction while supporting insights to support the business strategy. As a result, business analysis scales the business value and profitability because it enables ground for innovation.

Ultimately, my goal is to support businesses to generate innovation and creating a competitive edge in the industry. Leading innovation is a transformative process because it inspires people by fostering ethics, vision and values. Furthermore, it shall facilitate communication, collaboration and transparent processes while securing that failure is part of the continuous learning process. Then, as a leader, I must guarantee that the team have a sense of belonging while thinking critically and solving problems creatively. In parallel, embedding design thinking and Agile methods are excellent for supporting innovation.
