Executive summary

This project aims to provide a big picture of the use of video conferencing (VC) by people working from home (WFH) in New Zealand since the pandemic and how it relates to digital innovation. Moreover, 80 different professions were represented in a survey performed in September 2022, which supports findings and insights. Furthermore, the study discusses the benefits and challenges and provides recommendations for businesses to enjoy using VC and WFH whilst enhancing employee performance and work-life balance.
